Use of the Service

Decision Maker Easy provides free tools — a random picker wheel, a list picker, and a yes-or-no decider — for entertainment and everyday decision-making. The Service is provided "as is," with no guarantee that a result is fair, suitable, or accurate for any particular purpose beyond casual, non-critical decisions. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical choices.

Live "Decide together" sessions

The optional "Decide together" feature relays option lists and results between participants in a shared session through a small server component so everyone sees the same outcome. Don't submit anything through this feature that you wouldn't want visible to everyone in that session.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, submitting unlawful or abusive content through option lists or live sessions, or using it in a way that could harm other users.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decision Maker Easy is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes
